FAQ's

ORDERING

All stock is made to order on site.  Canvas and paper prints are produced in 2-5 days, with some artist exclusive exceptions please allow up to 10 days production time, then normal shipping times should be added on of between 2-5 days.
Should you need to make any changes to your order, please email us on sales@fineartfitout.co.nz.

SHIPPING

FREE shipping within New Zealand, please allow 2-5 days for delivery, delays may occur in the event of extreme weather conditions.  
We are unable to deliver to PO Box's, please allow for street address for our couriers.
​Shipping to Australia TBC at time of ordering.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CHANGE OF MIND

Fine Arts will replace your artwork if it arrives faulty.  We will arrange to have a refund or replacement completed as quickly as possible, please follow our easy dispute process below:
Please send an email to sales@fineartfitout.co.nz outlining the problem, along with a photo of the damaged/faulty items, as well as the box it was delivered in, this will assist us in figuring out the cause for the fault or damage once we’ve received all of the necessary information, we’ll begin processing your replacement order straight away.

If within 7 days you have changed your mind and dont want your product, please email us on sales@fineartfitout.co.nz and send back the item, in the original packaging.  Any item purchased during a promotion or sale period is not eligible for return.  Shipping costs will not be refunded and any costs to return the product to Fine Arts in incurred by the client.

NOTE:  Once an order is placed and paid for it is considered final, no cancellations can be made.  

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Fine Arts accepts payment by Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Deposit (by arrangement).  Payment is required before an order can be processed.

PROMOTION & SALE ITEMS

Promotion and Sale items are not eligible for "change of mind" returns.
Promotional and Sale items are available only while stocks last.
Fine Arts can extend or terminate any promotion at any time, all promotions are available to New Zealand retail clients only.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect information about you through our website in an effort to improve your shopping experience, as well as communicate with you about our products, services and promotions.  We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
